1. Gaining an understanding your business, products, services, culture, existing and potential client base.
2. Generating a Situation Report – Where are we now, what is going wrong, what instant measures would we recommend and, not forgetting, what is working well (as we need to ringfence and potentially expand more of this!)
3. Agree the steps with you that will help not just stop your business’s decline but turn this into growth.
4. Steps involved might include:
   • Reporting back and suggesting areas that could be exploited, improved, increased etc. to increase growth
   • Feeding back on areas that are stopping or slowing the growth of your business (a critical analysis of where your business is NOW.
   • Creation (or overhauling) of your website and online presences
   • Development and implementation of a social media & marketing strategy
   • Steering and (if required) ongoing mentoring of you (and your staff) to encourage ongoing growth.
